The following pictures were taken on 10 September, 1996, by Dr. Franklin J. Hildy at the new Globe.

The first picture to the right shows an actor in costume for a costume study on the new stage. This was not an actual performance, but a staged session to see how lavish costumes would look on the Globe's stage..
Here more actors pose on the new stage in Elizabethan style threads.
The next picture to the left is an angle from the side of the stage, giving a view across it and out to the seating galleries. The production being depicted in these photos is Damon and Pythias, part of the "Rarely Played" series.
The all female cast of Damon and Pythias take their bow at the end of the show.
